This lesser known stretch of Ganga at Haridwar came alive this fine evening. The cool blue waters suddenly turned gold, with the dipping Sun setting the horizon on fire.
It’s often good to see the birds going back home at Sunset. With the flutter of wings, you know that wherever you are, you’ll always be home.
Bottlenecks. Yes, that’s what I call these red flowers, owing to the bottle brush look they have. This same fine evening, the bottlenecks swayed with delight, calling it quits for the day maybe.
That day, as I sat by the river, with the water touching my toes, I was in sync with nature. Going against the common belief that one might get unlucky, looking at a setting Sun, I soaked in the splendour. Something as beautiful as this can’t bring bad luck.
